Dr. John Haymore is a full-time Assistant Professor of Management and provides consulting in the areas of workplace violence, occupational safety, and human resources. He earned his Ph.D. in HRD from the Soules College of Business at the University of Texas at Tyler, specializing in organization development and change management (ODC). He holds an MBA in Management as well as PHR, SHRM-CP, OSHA-30, and Lean Six Sigma certifications. Additionally, John practices HaganaH, a reality-based self-defense system focused on hand-to-hand, empty-hand versus knife, ground survival, and tactical weapons training. He is CPR and First On The Scene certified from the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians' - International Association of Fire Chiefs'.
